Age between of 42-45, for the past year and a half, I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back and waist, to the extent that it's difficult to stand up straight and my feet are holding all the tension. The pain has gradually spread down to my hips, to the point where it's difficult to even turn around. I have seen both orthopedic and neurology specialists in our local area, but have not received any relief. If you could kindly suggest a doctor to see and where they are located, it would be very helpful.
